Shipping Policy

At StickGuard, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and efficiently across the United Arab Emirates.

Shipping Coverage

We offer shipping to all locations within the UAE. *

Shipping Charges

• A flat rate of AED 15 applies to all orders across the UAE.

• Free shipping is available on all orders above AED 75.

Delivery Time

• Standard (Next Day): Delivery applies within city limits of: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain.

• Order Cut-off Time: All orders received by 10:00 AM (GST) will be processed on same day for standard delivery. Orders received after this cut-off time will be processed the following business day.

• Remote Areas Delivery: Remote areas delivery within the UAE are made twice per week only (Thursday & Sunday).

Order Tracking

We provide live tracking for all shipments. A tracking number will be shared with you once your order has been shipped, so you can monitor the delivery status in real-time.

Additional Information

• Standard deliveries are made during the business hours, Monday to Friday.

• In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly.

• Saturday & Sunday are considered as off business days.
